This opportunity is with Handelnine Global, an e-commerce company that owns and operates15+ online retail brands in over 60 countries. The company has offices in India as well as the USA and servesglobal markets includingthe UK, USA,Europe, Australia, MiddleEast and Southeast Asia.
We’re rapidly growing our core business, expanding internal tools and launching new products, and are opening this position to support our growth.
The role is 100% remote. We offer competitive compensation and 28 leave days annually.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal person for this role will have the requisite experience, skills and passion necessary for the continued development of our entire tech architecture, that comprises:
● Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams remain focused and productive.
● Remove Impediments: Act as a shield for the team, identifying and resolving blockers to maintain workflow efficiency.
● Team Coaching: Guide teams in Agile principles, helping them embrace practices like self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
● Metrics and Reporting: Track team performance through metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and provide insights to improve delivery cycles.
● Promote a Collaborative Culture: Encourage transparency,trust, and a positive working environment to foster innovation and creativity.
● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend tailored Agile frameworks where needed (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
● Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable.
● Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
● Facilitation Skills: Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with a servant leadership mindset.
● Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve conflicts, drive solutions, and handle competing priorities.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
● Tools: Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
