Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

Handelnine Global is looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to our Tech & Growth teams. 

We are looking for a detail oriented, data driven candidate to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Detailed stakeholder requirement analysis across multiple functions (Tech, Growth, Operations etc.). Specification, verification, and validation
  • Be involved in new site launches and handle key tasks related to the setup of the websites, including content creation using CMS, setting-up accounts for advertising and analytics as well as configuring the initial settings to get everything ready
  • Coordinate with project managers for go-live of multiple projects in an agile environment.
  • Conduct detailed business requirements and project vision elicitation and discussion, setting goals, objectives, and criteria for project success
  • Conduct a first round of basic user acceptance testing
  • Be accountable for adherence to deadlines and maintenance of quality in all activities.
  • POC/MVP scope and solution design & documentation, road mapping
  • Key product business processes, data and flow modelling
  • User Story and Acceptance Criteria description
  • Change requests processing and solution design
  • Market and competitor investigation

Required Candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA is preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience in eCommerce
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions.
  • Candidates who have worked in fast-paced environments like those of startups or new and growing business divisions would be preferred. While most projects have clearly defined structures, the candidate must be comfortable with some ambiguity that is characteristic of growing systems and must be able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • The candidate should share our mindset of working with incremental improvements and must be open to learn new things quickly. We are looking for someone who can work independently with a result-focus.
  • The candidate should be solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically and even laterally, when presented with a problem. We need someone who can communicate freely and fluently and can work efficiently in an environment of remote team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
